The Roline had her first outing with us on Friday and proved herself to be an excellent addition to our fleet.

The first job completed was 60m of pipe, pumping 16m3 of Longfloor. The job went very smoothly, and product was placed without a hitch. The Roline pumps with a rota rather than pistons, meaning the pump does not create a pulse and all of the product put into the Roline gets pumped, meaning a lot less waste. The washout procedure is quick, easy and clean meaning no need for onsite washout facilities, making the Roline ideal for small sites, private jobs and commercial screeding.

The benefits the Roline include:

Smooth and continuous flow of the material, leading to a more controlled pour
Zero pulsing of the line means underfloor heating pipes or mesh will not be damaged and preparations stay intact
High flow on concrete for filling gaps and voids
Leaves no leftover concrete, minimising waste and mess
No washout facility required on site
Quiet, great for residential areas
Small and compact, great for tight spaces and limited access
High output pump, ideal for commercial liquid screeding, self compacting concrete and many other special products
