Been quiet on here recently, but doesn’t mean we haven’t been busy! Huge project on the go in great coxwell currently. Lots of demolition work and a huge extension beginning. Excited to see this one start to come out of the ground now.

5 weeks from breaking ground to plaster on the walls. Massive effort from everyone on this one. Weather has been on our side to help us along. bi folds and lantern really make this one special. Render and liquid screed to finish it off this week.

Full knock out and repoint of these lovely brick walls in shrivenham. All old mortar removed and repointed with unhaired lime mortar in pale yellow.

Recent chimney removal at this property. Stack remains with structural supports in place. Has opened up some much needed space in the entrance hall.

A small kitchen we installed this week for another builder. Nice to have a few indoor bits to do during the colder weather!

Small fence repair we carried out following storm damage. Solid close board fencing now installed will weather any storm.

Leaking roof repaired just before Christmas. This roof had seen better days and now should be good for the coming years. with the roof covering for us.

Listed building window replacement at this property recently. The old window had seen better days and needed to be replaced. knocked up a perfect replacement for us to fit. Looks good as new now.

A small chimney rebuild we carried out at the back end of the summer. The mortar had begun to fail so this needed taking down and repairs made. All safe ready for the winter now.

Project we finished recently in Great Haseley. Shout out to for the help on this one and for the mortar. Property had been painted in weather shield type paint. Paint was stripped with sand blaster then fully raked out and repointed in non hydraulic lime mortar. Hot lime wash mixed on site was added to one side to match the original finish. We will be returning soon to add a few replacement windows.
