Last of the production CAD is now complete for the oil drain system on the RRP Rx8 turbo kit 🔧🔥

We made do with off the shelf parts for the prototype kit but they will not do for our customer kits.

Very few items now are off the shelf and we really have tried to make this kit the best we can around what has been very challenging platform.

Braps Enabled! 🔧🔥

A Series 1 4‑Port now finished and ready to be handed back to one very lucky owner. Plenty of photos in this one — you’ll see the full before and after of this little project.

Specification:

4‑Port Full Bridge‑Port — 4‑Ports respond brilliantly to porting; power typically moves from ~160WHP → ~190WHP with the right supporting mods

- RRP Refurbished Rotor Housings
- RRP Serviceable Oil Injectors
- Upgraded Oil Regulator
- Lightweight Flywheel

This engine had been previously rebuilt and ported (which was… interesting). No upgraded stationary gears, regulator or bearings were fitted — something we always do as standard.

The failure came from sideseals catching on the port area, and the bearings weren’t far behind. All sorted now, and the engine is back to the standard it should have been.
