Attended site due to boiler water leak caused by a failed plate heat exchanger. The boiler was stripped down to allow replacement of the defective component, and a full strip-down service was carried out during the works. The new plate heat exchanger was installed, the appliance reassembled, and all seals and connections checked. The boiler has been recommissioned, tested for correct operation, and is now working correctly.
