Another quality job completed by Super Mario Construction 👷‍♂️🔧

For this project, we installed a new linear drainage channel in front of the garage to improve water flow and prevent rainwater from entering the property.

The work included:
• Cutting and breaking the existing tarmac
• Preparing the ground and installing the drainage system aco chanels
• Setting and levelling the channel drain
• Re-concreting and finishing the area for a clean and durable result

The new drainage system will help keep the garage dry while also giving the entrance a neat and professional finish.

🔨 Before & After – Small Pathway Transformation 🔨

Another tidy job completed by Super Mario Construction. In Warminster Wiltshire

➡️ Before: Just grass and uneven ground beside the house.
➡️ Work carried out: Turf removed, area excavated, solid sub-base installed and compacted.
➡️ After: New paving slabs installed to extend the patio and create a clean walkway, finished with decorative white gravel along the wall for better drainage and a neat look.

Simple improvement, big difference! 👌

I read this earlier & it gave me a laugh. Thought it was only Wells !!!

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR BUILDERS & TRADESMEN

Parking like you own the street is not a trade skill.

You may be grafting hard.
You may be “just five minutes”.
You may have a van rammed with tools.

None of this gives you special parking powers.

Let’s clear a few things up.

PARKING ALL DAY

Just because you turned up at 7am doesn’t mean you can dump your van wherever it fits until 5pm.

This is:
• not your yard
• not a storage unit
• not a private loading bay

Blocking roads, driveways, entrances, pavements or sightlines because “it’s handy” isn’t on. Other people live here.

DRIVEWAYS

If it looks like a driveway,
sounds like a driveway,
or someone politely says it’s a driveway —

IT’S A DRIVEWAY.

Parking across it because “they’re probably staying in” makes you a bellend.
Blocking people in isn’t time management.

Pavements are for:
• pedestrians
• pushchairs
• wheelchairs
• people with legs

They’re not spare van parking.

If someone has to walk in the road because of your Transit, you’ve messed up.

No, you won’t.

You’ll be:
• unloading
• having a natter
• making a brew
• vanishing altogether

If it’s more than a genuine drop-off, park properly or shift the van.

DOUBLE YELLOWS & JUNCTIONS

Parking on double yellows or near junctions because “everyone does it” isn’t a defence.

Blocking corners, views or turning points turns inconvenience into danger.
Especially for kids, cyclists, and anyone not wrapped in steel.

Your job doesn’t outrank:
• residents
• emergency access
• deliveries
• bin wagons
• basic common sense

Hi-vis isn’t a manners shield.
