Our engineers have recently installed a new BEKO RA330 refrigerated air dryer for one of our valued customers.

The existing dryer had reached the end of its service life, and its condition was beginning to impact reliability. By upgrading to the new BEKO TECHNOLOGIES dryer, the customer now benefits from a reliable, energy-efficient solution that delivers a consistent supply of high-quality compressed air while helping to minimise downtime.

🔧 Helping our customer increase capacity with an upgraded compressed air system!

Our customer, who specialises in health and wellbeing products, needed to expand their production capacity and required an additional compressed air pipework system to support their growth and ensure production could continue running smoothly.

We designed and installed a new pipework extension, including 5 additional drop points, providing a reliable and efficient solution tailored to their operational requirements.

This installation was completed using high-quality materials from Prevost, providing a reliable, efficient and long-lasting compressed air system.

📉 Cutting energy costs by around £20,000 a year while improving reliability. Another great result for one of our customers.

This project is a perfect example of how the right compressed air solution can deliver both immediate and long-term benefits.

Our customer was operating three machines with no backup, meaning an unexpected failure could have led to costly production downtime.

Following a Compressed Air Energy Audit, we recommended installing an ALMiG Compressor F-Drive Variable Speed Compressor along with a BEKO TECHNOLOGIES Refrigeration Dryer to improve the overall efficiency and air quality of the system.

The results speak for themselves:

Another exciting compressed air pipework installation underway! 🔧 👷‍♂️

This time, we are just expending the current compressed air system to feed a new production facility within the main factory.
Additionally to this, there is a new line feeding 18 x workbenches too - pictures to follow!
