This project was completed by ourselves in the closing stages of 2024. It involved an almost complete rip out of the existing garden space and a transformation into the stunning images and videos below.

Yet again it was a labour of love for the team on this project. We started off with a professionally designed plan that evolved as we worked in and got a feel for the space. Some design/artistic changes were made as well as some additional works as requested by the clients.

We used Milky Way Grey Granite tiles from StoneandPorcelain StHelens complemented with brown sleeper planters. Sleepers provided by StoneandPorcelain StHelens The bottom and back of all sleepers were treated with bitumen paint as well as having a damp proof membrane affixed to them to prevent rot.

For the decking we treated all joists and posts using bitumen paint as well as using the decking boards smooth side up, which gave a unique and bespoke look to the decking area. All timber for this supplied by Woodies Timber Limited.

The amazing lighting was supplied and installed by Martin McGrath at M.M Electrical Contractors Limited. Our highly recommended electrician.

The fencing and Gates were provided by Penketh Fencing and Sheds.

The premium turf and grade 1 top soil were provided by Walton Turf.

A project the team undertook in Wrea Green. The clients wished to have a the paving updated in their garden as well as a slight design change to the shape. They also wished to have the paving along the side path of the house and the front elevation. Whilst working on the project the client asked us if we could also update their front steps to match the new paving to be laid.

We excavated and disposed of the old paving as well as the bedding materials. The waste taken away by grab wagon. We then installed a geotextile membrane and laid and compacted 40 tonnes of MOT type 1 stone to achieve a solid base for the paving. We then installed 3 steps, constructed out of concrete blocks to allow us to clad them.

The team then laid 150m2 of Kandla grey, mixed sized paving, laid on a solid bed of mortar and all paving was primed using Fuga-Pave C priming slurry. A curve was cut into the paving and charcoal clay pavers installed as a lovely border. An outdoor tile adhesive was used to attach the cladding to the step risers. A jointing compound was then applied to all joints in the paving. We then did our usual post clean up of the clients property and left them very satisfied.

A stunning transformation by Phil and the team in . Using sawn and honed sandstone paving the team transformed the clients area and gave them a beautiful space in which to enjoy this stunning weather we've been having.

Working alongside Geoff and the team from G.C Driveways and Landscapes, we completely transformed this clients outdoor space in . Using a combination of Egyptian Limestone , with a Brazilian black limestone cobble boarder for the seating are we gave the clients a beautiful space to enjoy the glorious weather and enjoy their bbqs. We framed the rear pation with sleeper flower beds and then into the garden with raised beds, finishing in a wonderful, curved bed using sleepers vertically and staggering their height.
