GTM Powered Access - Warrington - Job available
The role of Hire Desk Controller in brief:
Full time position available.
Taking hire enquiries via telephone, email orders, off hires. Checking availability of machines and ensuring that machine statuses are always up to date on our systems including lolers and PDI’s.
Coordinating with the engineering staff to ensure that the correct machines are ready and delivered to customer sites.
Coordinating the daily transport schedule.
Communicating effectively with other colleagues and providing a helpful and friendly point of contact for depot enquiries.
Dealing with customers professionally and politely, invoicing, chasing payments and maximising sales.
The ideal candidate for Hire Desk Controller would be advantageous:
• Previous experience in a powered access background
• Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, syrinx, xero and computer skills in general.
• You must be outgoing and enthusiastic.
Rota Monday – Friday 0800-1730
Please note we are note on a public transport route
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,389.00-£30,000.00 per year DOE
Benefits:
• Company pension
• On-site parking
Work Location: In person. Working from home does not suit business requirements.

Our ATF lane is now fully functional - for your VBT requirements contact us or pop in laden or unladen, our brake rollers are equipped with a fully DVSA approved hydraulic lift system allowing us to conduct laden brake testing even on empty trailers / rigids / tractor units / wrecker trucks.
