Recent bathroom upgrade in Washington Village. Replaced the dated suite with a fresh, modern look. Larger shower and basin with gunmetal grey fittings.

New heating and hot water system installed. Larger system feeding 6 bathrooms.
Underfloor heating downstairs, radiators upstairs.
Boosted cold water tank to maintain pressure and flow rate throughout the building.

Twin shower, his and hers twin basins, floating toilet and a free standing bath 🛁
Just the tiling to finish in the shower drain.

Recent bathroom installation in Whitley Bay.

- Replaced bath for a free standing bath
- replaced basin, toilet and shower
- swapped radiator for a heated towel rail
- customer went for brushed brass fittings
- installed LED mirror

New boiler install.
Boiler relocated from garage to new utility room.
Hot and cold feeds ran along the bottom for a washing machine, and eventually a bathroom on the other side of the wall.
