On the move over in Ireland, onto the our 4th SIPP potable water pipeline rehabilitation project.

Today we demonstrated our innovative STERI-KLENZE pipeline disinfection system to Severn Trent. We showed them how it can save a significant amount of water and time with a simple proven and effective system.

Our system automatically applies a thin film of chlorinated water to the pipe wall rather than filling it. This results in approximate savings of:
* Water usage: around 95% less than the flood method
* Time: 95% faster.

110 Boring Rods and one of our Innovative battery-powered Trolleys for applying super smooth and accurate SIPP linings, for pipes up to 70” diameter. Have a “crate” day! :)

Titan winch with a 10,000kg line pull, ready for delivery to a customer in the US.

This winch boasts a 10,000 kg line pull capacity, automatic rope spooling and wireless control up to 100 metres. It also features a 20m/minute speed, 220 metres of 16mm rope and a braked clutch for quick payout. Maintenance is simple and the winch is built like a tank.

Our team were onsite last week lining another access chamber.

Not all linings are for water ingress. This small project was required to stop potential egress issues if the chamber was to backup.

- Jetted clean
- voids filled with high strength fast setting cement
- Primer applied
- 3mm topcoat of epoxy applied

Result: A long lasting barrier that will ensure any ingress / egress will be stopped in its tracks whilst also protecting the whole chamber from further degradation.

Just back from a trip over to Israel supporting our valued customer.

This trip included additional training and a spot of innovation centred around SIPP application on 50mm diameter potable water pipelines, lining from a dead end. Excellent progress was made on the application process.

We also took time to view a new project aimed at lining some 42” pipeline.

We thank our customers team for their professional and friendly approach.

On site today. SIPP lining a 400mm x 90m rising pressure main. 9mm thick carbon fibre material. Strong stuff this 💪 using one of our innovative SR1000 rigs.
