🚧 Project Complete – Penthouse Refurb, Festing Road 🛠️

This 4th-floor penthouse refurb was a real challenge – access was limited, and the strip-out was tough going! But as always, our team tackled it with precision, keeping disruption and mess to a minimum. 💪

We fully removed and refitted the bathroom, cloakroom & kitchen, installed new fuseboard & electrics throughout, and kept the showstopper – the vaulted ceiling in the hallway – beautifully intact. ✨

Updates included:
🔹 Full redecoration
🔹 Stunning herringbone LVT floors
🔹 Ceramic tiles to bathrooms
🔹 Carpets fitted to match the rest of the property

We also carried out finishing touches like boiler servicing, safety checks, and maintenance to the existing windows – leaving this space rent-ready and future-proofed. 🏡✔️
