Hoping you all had a lovely jubilee holiday. Images of a project worked on on behalf of that was photographed today. This was a mock tudor house around 30 years old with faux beams installed and already the plasterboards were showing joints and raises from when it was built. The whole landing was replastered ready for decoration. The clients are very happy with the results and it shows off the stunning lighting and art installation ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Most building companies work to a specification supplied by a client.. however most clients don't know how to design bathrooms or work to scale so often make costly mistakes ordering wrong and this delays your project, costs more money, takes more time to resolve. We do thing a bit differently at Aspired, so when a client makes a choice that is a bit tight on sizes to the rooms we are renovating we help with handy models so they can see before they buy what the products they thought they liked in the showroom look as good in their rooms at home. Works in progress... can’t wait to see this transformation in a few weeks to a glazed spectator platform for a indoor karting arena... working on commercial projects can come with tight deadlines, additional safety requirements and other factors that don’t always apply to residential projects but we love the variety of work we undertake. Looking forward to showing you the completed units next month

Let there be light💡
New year, new projects, new challenges and new goals! We have been crazy busy looking at loads of new projects since the start of the year and we aren’t even a week in, which proves that no matter what doom and gloom the world and news want to keep delivering to your news feed we remain positive that in our own little worlds it’s very much business as normal. So far we have 3 garage conversions in tender each very different for its end goal. One is to increase and secure someone’s earning capacity to work from home, one is to bring a gym to a family home to save an extra commute everyday and another is to create w long term flexible living for a multi use space. Also at this time of year as expected there’s lots of damp! If not treated correctly it’s throwing good money after bad and problems persist and reoccurs. We also have 2 repeat clients to return to carry out further work for so 2020 is set to be a busy one. We hope yours is kicking off to be just as positive and productive and if you’d like to spread light to your friends feel free to share our page with them too 👌🏻 Happy new year folks
