The existing roof covering was carefully stripped and replaced with new materials. The following works were carried out:

• Installation of new concrete roof tiles
• New breathable felt membrane installed
• New treated roof battens fitted
• Installation of eaves support trays
• Installation of fascia ventilation to improve roof airflow
• Installation of dry ridge system
• Installation of dry verge (dry gable) system

The porch and bay window roof were renewed. The works included the installation of
new felt and battens
eaves support trays
new clay roof tiles
new lead flashing
New ridge tiles

All works were completed to a high standard.

Barn 3

Barn 3 has now been fully completed. The remaining works included the installation of the side sheets, followed by the fitting of side trims to provide a neat, weather-tight finish. All elements of the building envelope are now complete, and the works have been finished to specification and to a high standard.

Barn 4

The project included the installation of insulated roof sheets along with 28 integrated skylights, significantly improving thermal performance while maximising natural daylight within the building.

All works were completed to specification, ensuring a durable, weather-tight, and high-quality finish.
