Recently completed Single story flat roof extension in wellesbourne.
We knocked down an 80's built extension and conservatory to make room for this open plan kitchen-diner with utility room at the back of the house.
With the garden north facing the client wanted maximum light so we installed an aluminium roof lantern with sliding doors.

We finished the exterior with some composite decking to complete the job.

We have gutted the inside of the property and have added a double height extension at the front and back with a single at the side.

Main roof complete, scaffolding down just getting ready for the next phase of 1st fix internal works.
