Centralised energy logging showing power saved per year, per day per, job per. our RriTa system provides total transparency of system performance. Coupled with production logging, true job costs can be simply evaluated along with energy trending to report on power consumption over time. Your energy footprint can be clearly measured detailing kWh and CO2 emissions but importantly CO2 saved.

We have expanded the production module to log downtime with automated reasons. Coupled with historic job analysis for machine output vs power used over time a full efficiency report can be compiled.

Added virtual printing to an ftp site. Many of our automotive clients need this feature to provide production reports. Our solution produces multiple jpg files which can be stored per job and remain available for audits.

Our Engineers successfully completed another install this week. Hopefully their Spanish site is the next on the list.
