Once panels are cut and edged, our experienced in house joiners take over. This stage is where precision components are carefully assembled into finished furniture, ready for fitting or finishing.

From straight forward carcassing to complex curved elements, our team is skilled in assembling bespoke retail furniture that’s built for durability, accuracy and visual impact.

With years of hands on experience, our joiners ensure every joint, curve and detail is finished to a high standard, bringing CNC manufactured parts together into complete, functional pieces.

This is what gives panels that clean professional finish ✨

After panels are precision cut on our CNC machines, they move to the edging stage where durability, accuracy and visual quality really come together.

We run an industrial edgebander for consistent, repeatable results, alongside hand edging for curved and technical components. This approach allows us to maintain flexibility while achieving a high quality finish across a wide range of projects.

Edging is a key part of our in-house manufacturing process, ensuring panels are protected, accurately finished and ready for installation or painting.

We’re obsessed with how clean this latest home install turned out, with a hidden light switch to elevate the design.

One tap and you’ve got light.
Another tap and it’s off.
Hold it down to set the mood with the dimmer.

No clunky switches breaking up those crisp white lines, just a hidden sensor built right into the worktop. It’s one of those little details that makes your home feel luxurious.

💡 Did you know, we run two CNC machines in house?

CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control, and it allows us to manufacture with exceptional accuracy and repeatability.

Once your boards arrive or have been pressed in house, they head to our large industrial CNCs. With two machines on the workshop floor, including one capable of taking jumbo sized sheets, we maximise material efficiency and give you the best value from every board.

Our CAD team nests components using advanced software for optimal yield. All programming is carried out in house, ensuring every project is designed for manufacturing.

From there, our experienced machinists run the CNCs to produce precision cut components with consistent sizing, reliable repeatability and a professional finish every time.

A key feature of the space is the curved wall, designed to provide privacy and comfort for customers while making a bold visual statement.

Precision Manufacturing for Principality Building Society

Earlier this year, we were proud to manufacture a series of bespoke elements for Islwyn Pugh on the Principality Building Society fit-out for Swansea.

This project showcased a range of our technical manufacturing capabilities, including:
âž° Curved wood panels with upholstery for a sweeping feature wall
🪵 Curved plinths and detailed joinery
💡 Back-lit panels and precision CNC-machined components

All designed and produced in-house by our skilled team using advanced CNC machining, panel joinery, and finishing techniques to achieve a seamless result.

☕ Exciting to see officially open!

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at the making of their new coffee counter, designed and built right here in our Somerset workshop.

From rounded front panels in dusky green to white Corian tops with subtle edge detailing, this counter was made to blend beautifully with the shop’s wooden flooring and warm interior tones.

💡 We built it with hidden cable channels, clever storage, and integrated lighting, bringing together precision, practicality, and great design.
