It was great chatting to Allan and being part of his wonderful series of business owner interviews. Hearing different people's motivations and successes really helps give me the confidence to keep moving forward in creating a first class manufacturing business. I spent some time the other day with Robin Johnston from Success 5 Engineering at his factory in Welshpool to hear his story and why Success5 is doing so well. πππ
Robin was born in Edinburgh Scotland π΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ and after spending some time in the England, arrived in Australia when he was 13. Robin is a proud Scotsman from the Johnston clan with an Australian accent! He puts it down to finishing his schooling here in Australia and its work, or maybe Iβm tone deaf. ππ
As a kid Robin pulled things apart and put them back together again and this developed into the Success today that is his business Success5 Engineering. π ππ Robin started trading in 2013 from his bedroom and since them, has built the business to an operation filled with its own hi-tech modern machines.
