Popped in to see one of the rooms we installed last year. It's nice to see the rooms once they have been furnished.

Not only do Your Utopia Room construct garden rooms we also carry out hard and soft landscaping.

We're also registered installers of Millboard decking.

Here's a garden room we recently completed in walderslade.
It has storage to the left hand side with a secret door.
This room is to be the customers office / drum kit room.
With it being used for practicing the drums we used sound block plaster board instead of normal boards.

Data cable and electrical cables were installed from the house.

We finished off the outside with composite decking.

Here's a great compact office space we have created for a customer in Strood. They haven't got the biggest of gardens, but as you can see the garden room has fitted in beautifully with the rest of the outside space.

Here is the latest room by YUR.

The customer wanted a room to relax, practice his guitar and socialise with friends.

The cladding used is beautiful Meranti Thermo Wood which has a long life span of 30+ years.

The decking is Burnt Cedar from Millboard which comes with a 25 year guarantee.

Because of the risk of wet shoes, mud and cut grass we use vinyl floor to finish our garden rooms as it's a better option compared to normal laminate, in our opinion.
