Due to continued growth, Urban Solutions Building & Landscaping are looking for a reliable and hardworking labourer to join our team working across building and landscaping projects.

These roles would suit people who are keen to learn new skills, gain experience in the trade, and grow within the industry. Experience is preferred but not essential — a strong work ethic and good attitude are most important. 💪

🔨 Duties may include:
• Assisting with landscaping & groundwork
• General labouring duties
• Supporting building projects
• Loading/unloading materials
• Keeping sites clean and organised

✅ What we’re looking for:
• Reliable & punctual
• Hardworking with willingness to learn
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Preferably local to Perton/Telford area
• Own transport preferred due to site locations

💷 Pay dependent on experience & skill set

We recently completed a timber lean-to extension designed to make the most out of unused space at the side of a property 🏡

🚧 Job Complete: Manhole Installation with a Twist! 🚧

Not your everyday job… this one was all about giving a property something it never had — access to the main drain serving 5 houses!

The challenge?
No existing access point, meaning any future maintenance would’ve been a nightmare. So, we stepped in to put that right 👷‍♂️

💧 Working alongside Severn Trent Water, we made sure everything was done by the book using the correct, approved materials.

🔨 What we got up to:
• Excavated and prepped the area
• Installed a brand new manhole chamber onto the main line
• Ensured everything met water authority standards
• Left the site clean, tidy, and fully reinstated

✅ End result: Safe, easy access to the shared drainage system for years to come — problem solved!

Sometimes it’s the jobs you don’t see that make the biggest difference 😉

From a muddy, waterlogged new build garden with zero drainage…
to a clean, level, fully usable space with fresh turf and a beautiful patio 🙌

This one was a challenge – heavy clay, standing water, and poor drainage 💧
But we installed the right groundwork, sorted the drainage properly, and finished it off with lush grass and a solid patio area ready for summer ☀️

Now it’s a garden the customer can actually enjoy 👌
