Out with the old, in with the new 🔥

No messing around on the bathroom refurb,

What was involved;
✔️removed all tiles and old bathroom suite
✔️plastering
✔️new bath installed
✔️wall tiling above bath and around walls. Combination of dark/light colour tiles
✔️installed new electric shower, Towel tail, WC, sink
✔️New vinyl floor

This job went very smooth and it’s always better when that happens when doing it for a friend.

🔥Bathroom complete of the big project 🔥

This wasn’t just a standard strip out and refit bathroom, we moved existing wall, made bigger and created more of a spacious family bathroom.

Neutral colours, big tiles, LED lighting and nice LVT flooring has made a lovely new bathroom.

A well thought out extension (interior by the customer 10/10) from start to finish is the reason it looks like this.

Here’s what we done;

✅Stripped out old bathroom
✅Removed old wall
✅Taken up old floor, strengthened and levelled
✅Plumbing for new shower /bath positions
✅boarding and plastering
✅New lighting
✅New flooring
✅Mosiacs tiles on walls in shower and bath
✅Bespoke units fitted
✅Painted
✅Fitting of all the new fancy bits

The final looks makes all the hard work worth it!!

New bathroom ✅

The existing tiles were literally help together by grout and they were about to fall off the wall.

So a retile, new vinyl click floor and vanity toilet/basin going back in.

Old bath out, new shower in..

We had a few surprises when taking the bath out, the cold main feed was coming up in the corner but we got it sorted.

Plastered , tiled, painted and fitted the new suite and it looks great 🔥

GARAGE CONVERSION ✅

This was a really enjoyable job to do, great customers and nice/clean work.

We built studwork on exterior walls , insulated, next electrical circuit, plasterboard and plastered. Garage door removed and built up to a window.

New flooring throughout to finish off.. job done.
