Another flooring transformation completed in Broadstairs 👇

We recently supplied and installed this beautiful classic oak LVT throughout the ground floor of a property in Broadstairs.

To ensure a durable, long-lasting finish, full subfloor preparation was carried out, including plywood installation and flexible smoothing compound before fitting.

We also fitted fresh new carpets to all three bedrooms, the stairs and landing, even recreating a traditional hand-sewn bullnose 🪡

New Polyflor QuickLay supplied and installed in Stacks’ new shop, finished just in time for their grand opening.

With the existing subfloor previously painted, this made it an ideal application for Polyflor’s loose lay safety flooring—eliminating the risk of failure, as painted surfaces are a common cause of latex issues.

SGC Flooring are pleased to showcase another recently completed local commercial project at the Holy Trinity Church Community Centre in Margate.

This project included the supply and installation of new carpet tiles in the entrance areas, Polyflor safety flooring in the bathrooms, fully welded for a seamless finish, along with new entrance matting.
