This boiler had been wired wrong since installation, the seal was removed to make the installers life easier to fit the wires through one hole - this left the boiler “AT RISK”. 🛑❌

Thankfully we carried out our thorough inspection and service, noticed the issue and fixed it - no more risk of carbon monoxide/carbon dioxide escaping from this boiler. 🔥 ✔️

Flue found to be leaking on a landlord gas safety check. Seals had gone causing carbon monoxide to leak in to the air intake 🛑.

The flue also was not ran with a fall back to the boiler, and it was not sealed sufficiently through the wall.

Brand new Worcester 8000 Life combi boiler fitted, this is replacing a old back boiler and cylinder. Moving the boiler to the loft to save space elsewhere in the house. Moving to a combi boiler has freed up room in the bathroom ready for a bathroom makeover.
