Here we have our latest kitchen remodel project. Stunning black granite worktops and they are the heaviest of all the granite colours. What about that larder unit! It’s a space savers dream! 😍 &bathrooms

Throw back to the other year. Here we took a dated old door, we installed electric underfloor heating, self levelled the floor, and a tiled finish. We tiled the floor in preparation to fit a kitchen later in the year. See our other post to see which kitchen ended on top.

Throw back to the other year when we did this rather large roof light installation. The clients face was a picture as this 3/4 of a ton lump of glass and frame was lifted over the roof of their home.

If I was a betting man I would say July would be a good time to re-roof a property, not this time!. We were hampered by the biblical rain showers this year but we finally got this one across the line 💪🏼 even if we did get wet more then once. Around 3500 tiles came off this roof and 3501 Marley modern smooths went back on ( I broke one ), 100’s of meters of breathable felt and roofing grade batton’s. All in all, tiled roofs don’t get much bigger on one property, it was a monster of a roof to complete! but also a great project to do with a lot to think about we had it all, Hips, valleys, single story extensions merging with old roof pitches, 2 new velux window installed and most importantly where can we get out the rain and plug the kettle in for a brew. 2 very happy clients. We also do GRP flat roofing so if you need a flat or pitched roof we have you covered 👍🏼
