Investing in the right equipment is an important part of creating the best possible working environment for our team. We have recently added new welding tables to our fabrication workshop, providing a strong, stable, and precise work surface that supports safe, efficient, and high-quality fabrication.

We've also introduced new tooling carts to help keep welding accessories organised and easily accessible. Designed to improve both safety and ergonomics, they make it easier to transport tools and equipment between work areas, helping our team work more efficiently while maintaining a tidy and well-organised workshop.

By continually investing in our facilities and equipment, we are strengthening our capabilities and supporting future growth.

At TML Manufacturing, our latest project installing a state of the art Inspection facility and modern office refurbishment is now well underway.

With demolition now almost complete, we will now move on to the next stages.

These updates, as part of our next phase of growth and investment, will continue to follow the new areas being built, down to the final new additions that will put the finishing touches on this exciting project for TML.

We will continue to post updates as this next exciting chapter continues along its journey.

We are pleased to share our latest investment with the addition of new vans to support our high standards and growing operations.

Our in-house transportation allows us to have greater control over delivery times and quality of service at every stage.

This investment will help strengthen our distribution capabilities, improve operational efficiency and support continued growth across the business.

TML recently embarked on a visit to China to build on our relationships with a number of key partners, making the trip both productive and forward-looking.

It was a highly successful visit, giving us the opportunity to connect in person and further develop partnerships that we are excited to grow on in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time and look forward to what comes next.

National Apprenticeship Week is a time to recognise the value apprenticeships bring to manufacturing. By combining practical experience with structured learning, apprentices gain real world skills while earning and building their careers.

Milo is on an exciting four-year apprenticeship journey, aiming to achieve his Level 3 in Welding and Fabrication.

Whilst being with us here at Titan Manufacturing, Milo has developed valuable hands-on skills, learned to work confidently with different materials and techniques, and gained real-world experience on live projects.

We’re proud to be part of Milo’s journey and excited to watch his skills continue to grow.

It has been a busy and exciting chapter and we look forward to what 2026 will bring.

Today, everyone came together to celebrate and remember all we have achieved. They will soon all enjoy a well deserved break.
