Another project complete!

Check out this 65sqM Warm roof construction we recently completed for a local building company in Dorset, Three high spec sola opening VELUX windows were installed on this flat roof.

The benefits of installing a modern energy efficient warm roof due to the superior thermal performance.

A warm roof construction places the insulation above the structural deck, typically constructed of timber. This design will keep the deck and the structure beneath it at a temperature closer to the building interior, minimising the risk of condensation and thermal bridging.

✅ Reduced condensation risk:
Keeping the deck warm minimises the chance of condensation forming within the roof structure.

✅ Improved thermal performance:
Insulation above the deck provides a more thermal barrier.

✅ No ventilation required:
Because condensation is minimised, ventilation within the roof space is generally not needed.

✅ Protection of the structure:
The consistent temperature of the deck reduces thermal stress and potential damage to the roof structure.

Check out this new build we recently completed for a long time customer in Dorset.
The sleek finish on this roof was finished using Cembrit Westerland 600mmx300mm Fibre Cement Slates using Dryfix systems throughout this project.
A total of 9 Velux windows windows were installed in this roof with various types of internal finishes with both manual and electric opening windows creating a light and open space inside the property.

Check out this project we recently completed on a grade 11 listed property in Weymouth.

We removed an old Lead roof which had been installed incorrectly causing the roof to breakdown and allow water ingress inside of the property.

We reboarded this 32 sqM existing structure using 18mm Marine Grade Plywood boards and installed a new Lead roof using 1m code 6 Milled Lead, We are super happy with the finish of the roof it’s not everyday you get to apply a Lead covering on a flat roof of this size!

Taking on a project of this size using code 6 milled Lead was certainly a challenge this time of year but as you can see the results speak for themselves!

We are lucky enough to employ roofers that take pride in their work and apply true craftsmanship at every opportunity consistently completing projects to the highest possible standards.
