We had a bit of a tricky one this week in Preston, Weymouth.
We were asked to quickly investigate and quote for a solution to this old Dual electric cylinder as 3 previous plumbers and an electrician couldn’t quite get to the bottom of it and return quotes, even though the customers had no hot water for some time.
We recommended removing the old system and installing a 10kw Slim Jim electric flow-through boiler alongside a 150 litre unvented hot water cylinder from Joule, as there was no gas in the property to install a gas boiler.
It’s a snug fit but all fitted well, alongside new pump, magnetic system filter, system flush, zone valves, new controls and pipework.
