This is a varied role supporting maintenance activities across the site, helping to keep our facilities safe, clean and running smoothly.

⏰ 39 hours per week

📅 Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:30pm, Friday: 7:30am–12:30pm

The role includes general housekeeping, waste and swarf management, machine clean-outs, forklift duties and supporting maintenance activities across the business.

Skills and experience required:

✔️ Ability to multi-task and prioritise

✔️ Good communication skills

✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

✔️ Driving and forklift licences are desirable

🌿 Yesterday we held our very first Wellness Wednesday at FGP! 💙

Supporting the wellbeing of our team is a key priority, and we're delighted to say our first event was a great success.

Staff enjoyed a generous selection of fresh fruit and electrolyte drinks to promote healthy habits, while also finding out more about the wellbeing services and support available to help improve both mental and physical health.

The positive response from our team was fantastic, and we're pleased to announce that Wellness Wednesday will now take place on the first Wednesday of every month, giving everyone a regular opportunity to focus on their health and wellbeing.
