We’re now moving towards the final stages, preparing the space for handover back to the clients.

On site with Lisa as she talks us through the works on this self-build extension just outside Oxford
Our clients needed some help finishing the inside of their extension. So far we’ve:
• Completed the knock-through
• Supported the structure with concrete lintels
• Moved back some plumbing to free up some extra room
• Framed out the new rooms, ready for insulation and platerboarding

Next up: grinding down the high spots on the existing brick floor so we can bring the kitchen flooring straight through and create a seamless finish.

We cant wait to see the finished result!

We've just completed this garden redesign outside of Watford.
We extended the driveway, introduced a fresh lawn with soft planting around the edges, created a new patio surround finished with mosaic tiling, and added a patio to the garden room at the far end.
The result feels considered and calm, an outdoor area that sits beautifully with the home, ready for quiet evenings and easy entertaining.
If you’re looking to elevate your own space, we’d love to help.
