Front elevation of our big project completed last year.

Images showing the change & new access to basement apartment.

Excavation, re-routing of drain services & building of retaining walls to form new stairway down to new entrance to basement. Sandstone columns extended to match bay window, old culvert drain still working so renewed & sump chamber put in as back up.

Walls finished off with sandstone copings & railings supplied & fitted by Rose Engineering, finishing it off very nicely 👌

Extension built last year, all footings dug out by ourselves, main shell all done including roof.

New drains connected to main drains & extra land drain put in & connected to mains to help this very wet garden.

We since returned to build the patio area & connect up the aco drains earlier this year.

Some more raj natural stone put down in two different areas, including dwarf wall to slope of lawn.

Other work on this property includes full re-pointing of brickwork on house & chimney & old timber fascia boards cladded with upvc, soffit & gutters & downpipes all new looking a lot better

A change from the natural stuff to porcelain pavers.

Old concretes lifted & porcelain laid around two sides of this property. Steps up from front garden leading to patio area, opened up at top with new steps formed to make better use of the space.

Plenty of paving work done this year.

Raj blend natural stone with coloured pointing around one property with aco drains fitted. Steps to rear crumbling so demolished & rebuilt.

Light grey natural stone alongside some garden walls going nicely next to the red brick finished with decorative gravel rather than cut to wall (customers idea) & a good one I must agree.

Enjoy these large garden jobs creating better spaces for you to enjoy the sun when it does decide to shine 🤣🌞
