We have recently completed three heaved floor replacement projects, with more already booked in and ready to get underway.
These works involve much more than simply replacing the concrete floor. Our team manages the entire process from start to finish.
Kitchens and bathrooms are carefully removed and stored before works begin, ready to be refitted on completion, along with new skirting boards and architraves where required.
The heaved concrete floors are broken out, removed and responsibly disposed of. The area is then fully prepared with stone, sand blinding, heave protection boards, insulation and all necessary layers before the new concrete is pumped and poured.
Safety remains a priority throughout the works, with CAT scanning carried out and air movement equipment in place where required to ensure the work is completed safely and efficiently.
Our team has successfully completed numerous projects of this nature, giving us the experience, equipment and knowledge to carry out these works efficiently while minimising disruption.
