What an amazing turnaround for this beauty of a project we finished last year in portchester.

Complete refurb altering and creating a spectacular open plan space for the new Kitchen, lounge and dining area not forgetting a garage conversion for new office space and a colossal 9 metre opening for massive set of bifolds to integrate the kitchen lounge area out onto the decking and garden area.

Rebuilding a damaged front garden wall with built in stone panelling and brick driveway gate piers.

We had to salvage what we could with the stone from the panelling as I’m yet to come across this sort of stonework. It seems like crazy paving in a panel… I managed to source some similar bits of stone from the local reclamation yards for what stone I didn’t have to finish off the panels alongside the imperial red brick used for the walling and piers.

Really pleased with the end result and the customer is over the moon with their new stone wall. 🧱 👌👌💪

2nd lift complete ready for the roof and gables.
We're getting very close to the end of the house build now just in time as Christmas approaches, should have gables 90% complete by the weekend will come back to complete the gable cuts once the roof trusses have been delivered and installed.

Feeling very grateful that we were chosen to build this project right on my own doorstep I expect to drive past this one regularly for the rest of my years. I know it's seems like a just an another new build but this is a great achievement for myself doing this under my own company. The first of many

Woodrush Crescent New build update.

21 courses on the brickwork from DPC ready and awaiting errection of scaffold.

Really happy with the way this is coming together. The Wienerberger red multi gilt brick looking very smart.
