Large extension in Tynemouth (Part 1). This job was completed early this year. The original outbuilding was demolished and new founds were excavated. Once the block cavity walls were up we built a flat timber roof with a one piece EPDM membrane cover. The new extension is to be used as a music studio so had to be extensively soundproofed. Finished pictures to follow in part 2.

Sorry I’ve been absent from social media for a while. I’ve been so busy. I’m going to try to update you with what I’ve been up to over the past year, starting with this nice garden project from June 21 in Whitley Bay.

I created this bespoke contemporary fence and gate made from treated timber. The client brief was for extra privacy with a fresh modern look.

Duration - 5 days.
