We strive to improve both the business and our customers experience.

From 05/09/2023 to 09/09/2024 we have asked all our customers to give us an honest review of their overall experience with Empro Plumbing whilst remaining anonymous.

We asked customers to give us feedback on:

- Tidiness of work and on site
- Punctuality
- Communication
- Professionalism
- Ease of Use
- Overall Experience
- Likelihood of Recommending to Friends and Family
- An option for some written feedback

We had an amazing response both in replies and scores.

There is room for improvement in all departments of course but overall, we are so pleased that we are upholding standards which we set out to achieve.

We have implemented changes from the results we have received, these include:

- Automatic SMS when the engineer is on their way
- Automatic email and SMS when an engineer gets no answer at the door
- SMS and Email confirming appointment of Enginner

These small changes will make a big difference to our customers journey

We are committed to providing the best service we can it starts from the moment you call us.
