If your using parcel force and thinking of using a service that offers a refund if its late don't bother! this is the standard response now it would appear.. what a joke!
They couldn't even be bothered to say which one it was and no way i can see to appeal.

I must advise that on this occasion, your claim for delay has been declined. This is due to a suspension of guarantee being in place on the service used.

Our delivery speed guarantees do not apply when situations arise which are outside of the control of Parcelforce Worldwide. This includes (but is not limited to) fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of God, terrorism, war or from any industrial dispute.

When our service guarantee is suspended for any reason noted above, compensation is not available for any delayed items.

Hello Everyone.. Just a quick message to say thank you for your custom this year , anyone who knows me knows i love interesting and challenging commissions.. and this year hasn't disappointed. Im back on the 2nd but for now id like to wish you all a Happy Christmas and Best wishes for the new year.
