3D printed gear k***s to suit RX8 MX5 and Ford gearsticks.

These are 3D printed with different logos on the top and can be supplied in numerous different colour combinations. They measure 50mm in diameter and are 75mm tall. The standard arrangement is black with white lettering/logo. If what you require isn’t listed please get in touch.

On to the next batch of cable clutch fork conversion kits for the RX8 5 & 6 speed and MX5 N7 gearboxes!

These are our tried and tested cable clutch conversions for the above gearboxes for use in vehicles with a cable clutch pedal box.

A custom Cosworth YB to MX5 NC gearbox setup recently sent out to a customer.

This is the custom clutch used in the kit.

There is a custom 240mm 4 paddle sprung centre to suit the MX5 gearbox and YB flywheel.
This is clamped in place with a Helix cover.

These remote bleed kits have just been added to our website for our concentric release conversion kits for the 5 and 6 speed RX8 gearboxes as well as the 5 speed MX5 NC/N7 gearbox.

These kits make it much easier to bleed the concentric slave cylinder by having a bleed ni**le on the side of the box.

They fit through the side of the bellhousing ensuring they aren’t anywhere near the flywheel.

Small reverse engineering and reprint of a bracket for a motorhome smdone this week.

The original table bracket broke and tried to be glued back together so we modelled one and simply printed another.

Another MX5 to zetec/pinto kit gone out the door.

This consisted of the following:

🏁 Adaptor plate
🏁 Universal gearbox mount
🏁 One of our custom MX5 organic pinto 215mm clutch plates
🏁 N7 5 speed gearbox
🏁 Concentric release conversion kit

All of these parts are carried in stock and available for delivery or collection.

This is to replace an old type 9 gearbox. The customer can still keep their existing flywheel, clutch pressure plate and starter going down this route.

Version 2 of the K20 Es**rt sump printing yesterday.
The engine is hanging in the car ready to have the mounts made once the sump is right and I have some spare time! I am trying to keep a standard height rack on the car to save messing with geometry too much.
Eventually these will be offered as a bolt in kit consisting of mounts, sump and ancillary parts with either an RX8 gearbox or MX5 gearbox.

We have just taken delivery of a fresh batch of 190mm and 215mm Mazda MX5 NC N7 friction discs.

These are used in our Kent and Pinto/Zetec to MX5 NCN7 gearbox conversion kits. We also do type9 and RX8 friction discs.

We have found a good source for these and have managed to make some savings in reducing the cost of the 190mm clutch and are passing this on to you, the customer. We now keep the parts in stock for both sizes of clutch which helps with shipping.

Single friction discs can be purchased to work with existing pressure plates or complete brand new clutches consisting of pressure plate and friction disc are available on the website.

The single friction discs can be used in other conversions such as K20, C20XE and Saab B204.
