Another one boxed off ready for Christmas 🎄 patched up after a rewire on my first visit, then went back to board and skim after the bifolds had been fitted 👌🏻

Been a busy week so far!! I was called to one of our previous customers with their next project……2 rooms knocked through to make one large kitchen/diner. Ceilings were way out so i put a fresh one up ☑️ bonded out after a rewire and dabbed new boards and a full re-skim to ensure this kitchen is flat 👌🏻👌🏻

We are on with our second bathroom at the same property 😮‍💨 ticked the family bathroom off last week then straight into this en suite ✅ removed the old suite, tiles ect and that brought more work as it took all the old plasterboards with it 🤦🏻‍♂️ we added extra timber and strengthened walls to make sure that we can get a strong fix in everything we fit and that it will last for years to come 👌🏻all skimmed up ready for the next step!!

This weeks progress on the milnrow job saw us get all ground floor ✅, stairs +landing ✅, and a good start on bedroom 1 ✅

We removed existing pots, removed the old flu liner that had been joined in 4 places 😯, removed all existing bed and started a fresh with a new 20mtr linner, x4 new pots all sat on a new bed good for another 100 years👍🏻

We were asked if we could patch this listed property’s internal wall up after structural work was carried out, after some handmade door casing had been made we patched the old girl up good as new 👌🏻

The past week had us doing all sorts of jobs from repointing chimneys,removing old aerials, fixing leaky gutters,building a new step at the front of a property, fencing after winds blew the old one down and tanking,re boarding and skimming an internal wall to solve damp issues 👌🏻
