Revotec Electronic Fan Controller vs probe type mechanical switch:
> No leaks – A capillary device is prone to poor sealing

We recommend fitting the 200Tdi Discovery intercooler or a Defender 200Tdi intercooler as they are the original ones designed for the engines. These specially made intercooler pipes fits directly onto the Discovery 200Tdi intercooler, they are designed in such a way to allow the air to flow through the system easier without restrictions,

Intercooler Kit comprises of specially made metal beaded pipework in aluminised mild steel and rubber hoses to connect to the Discovery or Defender 200 Tdi radiator Also includes stainless steel hose clips.

Conversion Water pipe kit for 200 Tdi Discovery in 90 and 110 consists of top hose, heater hoses, stainless steel hose clips, temp senders (both coarse thread and fine thread ) specially made bottom hose. This bottom hose has been updated with an extra overlay seal where the spigot hose meets the main hose for an extra seal. The actual spigot hose has also been lengthened as some models have extra pulleys fitted.

Manufactured in Aluminised Mild Steel.(also available in stainless steel, see related items below)

This conversion front pipe is for a Land Rover Discovery 200TDI engine fitted in a LAND ROVER Defender 90 or 110. It has been designed to mate up to the standard Land Rover turbo diesel rear exhaust or 200 defender rear exhaust system. See Related Items below.

This specially made front exhaust pipe fits directly onto the Discovery 200TDI turbo outlet designed in such a way to allow exhaust gases to flow through the system easier without restrictions unlike some imitations found on eBay.

We are the original designer & manufacturer of this exhaust pipe.

We then recommend fitting a standard turbo diesel exhaust or a Defender 200 tdi exhaust system as they are made differently internally than a normally aspirated or petrol system, this allows the exhaust gases to flow properly, so the engine doesn’t overheat and doesn’t cause back pressure. Our pipe is sleeved to suit either system. The front pipe/ intermediate pipe is cut into either of these systems to sleeve up to our conversion front pipe.

We can now supply a system using the later 300Tdi rear exhaust system for both the 90 and the 110. See this 90 rear exhaust system 300 and 110 rear exhaust system 300 incl Front Pipe

No modifications are required to the vehicle using this front pipe, however the clutch pipe does require moving over away from the front pipe

The conversion front pipe comes with a gasket, manifold nuts and clamps.
