In Caithness, with the wind the way it is, it’s a good idea when we design something to do a structural design check to see if it works in windy conditions. So that’s what we do.

On-Going Project

1. Stripped out and te stabilised fire damaged floor beams,
2. Removed existing partitions,
3. Re levelled ceilings upstairs/ downstairs,
4. Installed insulation and prepped for plaster the sloping roof sections
5. Installation of all main studding throughout in Castletown project.

Job started with removing carpets, existing workbenchs and striping existing skirtings and finishing timbers. The project is to complete installation of partions, install lighting and additional doors to the salon.

1. kitchen cabinate repair,
2. replacement worktop and cupboard doors,
3. made matching floating shelves from left over timber,
4. installed herring bone flooring, and
5. milled and shaped wooden edging and door threshold plates from off cut oak timbers.
