Last week, we visited one of our landmark projects, to check out the progress on Phase 4, Building 8.

From the very beginning of this prestigious development, we’ve worked closely with architects and interior designers to meet the rigorous performance standards set by Chelsea Barracks. Our remit, to seamlessly integrate modern ventilation solutions while honouring the traditional architecture.

Solutions include:
✔️Concealing ventilation systems within ceiling voids and bespoke furniture
✔️Disguising grilles and diffusers behind decorative grilles
✔️Blending ventilation components into architectural features like cornices

Our solutions span a variety of spaces across Chelsea Barracks, including Townhouses, Apartments, Penthouses, Mews House and luxurious spa areas.

Each installation was engineered to deliver exceptional thermal and acoustic comfort, ensuring residents experience the perfect balance of elegance and modern luxury.
