Decking refurb and new fencing complete for a Client of ours in westcliff access panels cut and left temporary screwed over both manholes incase of access in the future. This decking completely transforms the look of this property ready for the new tenants.

Big decking job at the Peterboat pub in Leigh on sea , due to a damp problem and poor ventilation under the existing decking.The joists supporting composite decking boards were completely rotten and absolutely sodden causing multiple trip hazards. We lifted up existing composite boards replaced all joists throughout lined with deck tape ensuring ventilation and air gaps then fixed down existing composite boards finished with a jetwash of the whole site and decking. All looking great now and ready for another 10 or 15 summers

Yet another Structual steel job for Wickford Construction.
Propping of internal floors and strong boys fitted externally to support external brickwork then knocking down and clearing of old external walls to make area open plan living
Then on to lifting in if 3 heavy duty steel beams and dry packing, finally shuttering up and forming pad stones for steels ,

Back to basics it is then!
Pitching of a small side roof to new extension and bit of stud work . All in a days work for our guys

Client contact ourselves with an urgent Kitchen to be fitted last week , got it all done and ready for tiler to finish of Monday

Walls propped taken down and steels fitted in Woodford bit of a tricky one getting the last steel up and in but this is no problem for Wickford construction please feel free to get in contact for a quote in any aspect of building
