To all my customers experiencing ignition faults in this cold weather, it’s more than likely your condense is frozen, rather than pay a call out fee to an engineer try removing the condense (white plastic pipe pipe 21.5mm diameter away from the boiler connection and have a bowl ready to catch the water from the heat exchanger) alternatively if you find condense runs outside boil a kettle and pour over the white condense pipe at the point of exit from the building and reset the boiler. This is common problem when temperatures drop below zero.

Another install complete full conversion to an A rated Worcester Bosch 40kw combi boiler to reduce gas consumption. Complete with a 10 year manufacturers warranty.

Another install complete from start to finish! The walls were completely rotten and had to be completely stripped out and tanked ready for the new shower 😎
