In for diagnosis on Hope’s KTM Duke 125 after it started popping and spitting flames back through the airbox. Dropped the top end to find both inlet valve clearances had tightened down to 0.06 mm, holding the valves off their seats under compression. Cams out, re-shimmed the inlets back into factory spec.
Now running sweet with no blowback.
