The customer had a garage conversion done in 2019 but they had it done badly.They never raised the ceiling which was at door height and they couldn’t have a shower has the shower head was to low. They even kept the roof supports in which you had to duck under so not to hit your head. We stripped it all out and started again, raising the roof up to match existing house, changing to a family room, dinning room with a home office at the end and still keeping smaller garage for storage, as you see from the reel from the start, during and completion.
