We’re out at this beautiful property that’s currently undergoing a full renovation, installing a brand-new gas run ready for the new heating system.
With a renovation like this, getting the infrastructure right now makes all the difference later. Plenty of floorboards up, plenty of copper going in — and not a bad view from the job either! 👌

💙 Understanding Every Customer 💙
As many of our customers are aware, autism is a big part of our family life. We live it every day, but we also understand that every person is different and everyone’s needs and abilities are individual to them.
That personal experience is invaluable, but we also believe there is always more to learn.
That’s why Danny has completed further Awareness of Learning Disability & Autism training.
For us, it’s about making sure every customer feels comfortable, respected and understood in their own home. Whether that means taking a little more time to explain something, changing the way we communicate, being mindful of sensory needs, or simply listening to what works best for that individual.
We’ll always continue to learn and improve so that we can provide a service that works for everyone.

We’re looking for a reliable self-employed multi-trade to work alongside us on an as-and-when-needed basis.

The work would mainly involve making good following heating/plumbing works, along with general property maintenance and other small jobs that come up.

We’re ideally looking for someone who is:

🔧 WHAT’S ACTUALLY INCLUDED IN A BOILER SERVICE? 🔥

A boiler service should be more than a quick look over the appliance and a tick on a sheet.

At D&N Heating Ltd, our servicing includes checks and maintenance such as:

✅ Expansion vessel checked and recharged where necessary
✅ Condensate trap removed and cleaned
✅ Magnetic filter cleaned where fitted
✅ Combustion analysis at both high & low fire, with the gas valve adjusted where required in accordance with manufacturer instructions
✅ Electrodes inspected and cleaned/replaced as required
✅ Burner seal replaced where specified by the manufacturer
✅ Gas sweep test with the appliance running to help identify small gas or products-of-combustion leaks
✅ Flue integrity test to confirm the flue and boiler are correctly sealed from the room and check for internal seal leakage
✅ Appliance checked against the manufacturer’s servicing requirements

🛠️ Proper servicing isn’t just about keeping the warranty paperwork up to date — it’s about safety, efficiency and identifying potential problems before they become expensive breakdowns.

Well… we finally made the press! 😂🏆

Only one slight problem… apparently we’ve changed our names and got a whole new backstory! 🤣

A little mix-up in the press release, but we’ll take the fame anyway! 😂

And on a more serious note, we have in fact made it through to the SEMI-FINALS! 🏆🎉

So despite the temporary identity crisis, we’re absolutely made up to still be in the running! 😂🤞
