1st Detached bungalow his ready for felt batten and tiling on Tuesday. 2nd detached bungalow has got a couple of hours work to the roof then that will be ready straight after the 1st one. More progress pictures to follow on these 2. The pair of semi detached bungalows have been dug out and foundations partially done due to the machines needing access to finish stoning up then foundations can be finished ready for the slab then we can get on with these, more progress pictures to follow on these

Another one ready for the roof, 6 days building again from damp up to wall plate. Roof measure done. Pair of semi detached bungalows being dug out Monday so we’ll be getting cracking on them once passed and poured. Further progress pictures to follow

Nice big meaty project we’ve got over in coppull. 2 detached bungalows and a pair of semi detached bungalows. We’ll be taking these to water tight. 1st bungalow is ready for the 1st lift of scaffolding. This one should be ready for a roof measure on Friday, only taking us 6 days to build less the pikes. 2nd bungalow is ready for the concrete pour tomorrow allowing us to get the blue engineering round and internal blockwork up to damp then we can start building this one. Further progress pictures to follow

Double story extension over at Wigan is all ready for a reconfiguration to the roof which the customer is doing himself along with his own internals. We’ve took it as far as we can for him so it’s ready to hand over. We’ll be back on there in a couple of weeks to help him lift the new ridge beam on then piece the pikes in once the fascias are on and also put the sandstone heads and cills in, further progress pictures to follow Liam Moran Ty Rochester MKM Alty grab hire ltd
