Key details:

🔹 PN16 flanges. 3’’ 4’’
🔹 3 and 4’’ m/s tube
🔹 8mm thick mild steel plates welded together with a route weld
🔹 8mm Fillet cap
🔹 Pressure tested to 4bar

No leaks recorded in testing, and it's ready to go.

MEWP Repair 😍

Replacing a large piece of machinery isn't always viable, either from a cash flow or time perspective.

The longer your equipment is out of action, the more it will cost you. Buying a new one will cost you money.

Neither is good.

A customer of ours brought in this large Mobile Elevated Working Platform (MEWP) for repair of the tubing surrounding the basket.

We were able to get this back to the customer quickly, and for a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire machine.
