Big news from us… we’re evolving.

When we started Octo Demolition, our focus was clear — demolition, strip-outs, HMOs, insurance works, and making spaces safe and ready for the next stage. Over the years, we’ve built a strong reputation for reliable, honest work and we’re incredibly proud of that.

But as many of our customers already know, our work has naturally grown beyond demolition.

Through the years, we’ve taken on more and more domestic property improvement and repair projects — from damp proofing, mould treatment and decoration, drainage, fascias & gutters, plastering, loft insulation, and general joinery, to helping homeowners solve everyday property problems quickly and properly.

What we realised is this: we’re no longer just a demolition company.

We’ve grown, our skills have grown, and so have the needs of our customers.

That’s why we’re excited to begin our transition to Octo Home Improvements.

This new name better reflects who we are today:
