A fantastic evening of rugby on Thursday attending the Wigan vs Leigh clash at The Brick Community Stadium!🏉

We were pleased to host Patrick Wilson, Karl Hill & Chris Hextall for a night that certainly didn’t lack excitement, thank you all for coming.

Excellent performance from Wigan Warriors ending the evening with a 54-0 win 🤩... safe to say it was a tough night for Leigh.

This morning, we had the pleasure of attending the Education Estates Exhibition & Conference at Manchester Central.

As a multidisciplinary MEP and sustainability studio, McKee Associates is deeply committed to supporting the education sector, especially through decarbonisation schemes that help institutions reduce carbon emissions, improve energy efficiency, and future-proof their campuses.

It was inspiring to connect with peers, hear the latest innovations, and explore how decarbonisation is being integrated across school and university estates.

We look forward to collaborating further with educational clients and designers, to drive real change, one building at a time.

A massive thank you to Tan Knowles of Stepnell for the invite to their business breakfast at the stunning Hope Street Hotel in Liverpool.

It was a fantastic morning of networking with both familiar faces and new connections across the construction industry. Always great to share ideas, discuss upcoming projects, and hear more about the exciting developments happening in the region.

McKee Associates are pleased to be appointed on another rail scheme, this time we are looking at car park redevelopments on the TransPennine Express route. McKee Associates have already undertaken site surveys along with electrical load monitoring undertaken by McKee Neutral.⚡️

This morning, we had the pleasure of attending the Believe in Business Festival 2025 at The Edge Wigan.

A fantastic morning of networking, kicking off with an insightful welcome and regeneration update from Wigan Council. It’s an exciting time for the Borough, with a number of transformational projects already underway and more in the pipeline.

We also enjoyed hearing from John Heaton of The Heaton Group, who shared the story behind the Cotton Works development. His passion for Wigan shines through – a true Wiganer driving meaningful change in the town. 🙌

Over the weekend, the girls from McKee Associates completed the Epic 50 - a tough 50km charity walk along the canal, from Wigan Town Hall to Worsley, raising funds for su***de prevention services in Wigan & Leigh.

It was a challenging day physically and mentally, but the team pushed through to support such an important cause. Along the way, they carried Terry Newton’s Wigan Warriors shirt with them, a reminder of why raising awareness and funds for su***de prevention matters so much in our community.

Huge thank you to Greenmount Projects for helping to put this all together. 👏🏻
