First patio of 2025 🎉 first porcelain patio completed this week 🎉

It's been an absolute pleasure to install this gorgeous patio for some awesome returning clients at their new property in Exeter.

We have recently started the extensive renovations of this beautiful property nr dunkerswell.

So far we have stripped, repaired / replace the timber roof structure, and then re roofed the long barn

Bespoke built 3 new double doors for the long barn.

On the main house we are currently under taking the internal structural reconstruction, knock throughs, steel installations, demolitions, and internal alterations. Progress will Shortly be posted 🙂

We are looking for

1 x skilled builder/multi trade

1x labourer to join our superb teams.

For the skilled builder/ multi trade position,
You will need to be CIS Registered.
A van and tools can be provided
Candidates must have the following-
Good timekeeping and reliability
Able to work within a team and to keep to time scales
Good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
Experience in the building trade and references required ( photos of work would also be great)

For the labourer positions,
Transport and tools will be provided
Candidates must have the following-

A shiny new slate roof for this 200 year old barn on exmoor.

New timber works, new felt and Batten, new dry ridge, all slates hooked fixed

Inside works - structural brick and block pillars supporting the a frames, new wall ties and straps.

Outside works - reinforced concrete pads, reinforced concrete buttresses, all rendered.
