There’s nothing better than handing over a finished kitchen🤍

This project started with a full kitchen rip-out before we installed a completely new kitchen, designed by our customer.

One of my favourite features has to be the built-in seating and breakfast bar, it completely transforms the space and creates somewhere the whole family can enjoy.

After years of heavy use, our client’s communal kitchen was ready for a complete transformation. We replaced the units, worktops, and appliances from with splashback tiles from

While keeping the existing wall tiles above the worktops in place at the client’s request. They complemented the new kitchen perfectly, so it made sense to keep them.

The only job left is fitting the plinths, we’re just waiting for a minor washing machine leak to be repaired first!🙈

This weekend was about more than crossing a finish line🩷

Becky and Jess proudly completed the Race for Life 5K in memory of their mum.

It was a special day, filled with support, encouragement and an incredible atmosphere, all while raising money for such an important cause.

We’re also incredibly grateful to everyone who donated and supported them along the way. Together, we’ve raised over £1,000 including Gift Aid for Cancer Research UK.

A little sneak peek at one of our latest bathroom transformations... ✨

This project involved a complete rip-out, allowing us to completely reconfigure the space. By removing an internal wall, we created a much larger showering area, giving our customer a far more spacious and practical bathroom.

Working closely with the client, we helped design a modern bathroom that balances luxury with functionality. The walls are finished with Porcelanosa UK White Vetri tiles, which create the look of multiple grout lines while keeping physical grout lines to a minimum—making them both stylish and easy to maintain.

To create a real feature wall within the shower, we installed Calacatta Viola Nouveaux Matte tiles from TheStoneSuperStone adding a bold statement that perfectly complements the brushed brass fixtures throughout.

We’re not quite finished yet—we still have the flooring to lay and the wall to prepare for the vanity unit, but we couldn’t wait to share a glimpse of how it’s coming together.

PROJECT COMPLETE – 10 DAY TURNAROUND✨

Another property completed and handed back ready for occupation.

The bathroom required a full strip out due to significant water damage around the WC area. Once removed, further damage to the floor structure was uncovered, along with a substantial amount of debris beneath the floorboards.

Works completed:
• Full bathroom strip out
• Rebuild of damaged subfloor
• New wet room flooring (cap and cove)
• Installation of new sanitaryware
• New storage cupboard
• Modern shower panels fitted throughout

The living area and bedroom also required remedial works following a leak from the radiator, which had caused sections of the floor to become unstable.

Works completed:
• Replacement of damaged floorboards
• New underlay and carpet
• Full preparation and redecoration throughout

The property has now been fully reinstated and is ready for its next occupant.

Whether it’s a void property, a property requiring conversion, remodelling, or a full refurbishment, our team can manage projects from strip out through to completion.

Another successful boiler installation completed ✔️

For this project, we carried out a fast turnaround installation for one of our vulnerable housing clients, ensuring heating and hot water were restored as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We installed a new heat-only boiler along with upgraded controls to improve efficiency, reliability, and ease of use for the customer.

A great result all round, with the system now running safely and efficiently ready for the colder days ahead.
